This page describes the current behavior of the CAVE 28 website and should be reviewed and completed by the responsible operator.
Contact and demo forms
The contact form and the C28 RECORDS demo form collect what you type in (for demos: artist name, email, music link, genre and whether the music is released, plus anything optional you add such as city, profile link, biography, the support you are interested in and a message). It is used only to answer your enquiry or review your demo, never for marketing without your separate agreement.
To block spam, the site checks submissions on a Cloudflare server: a short verification runs in your browser, and your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. Submissions are not stored in a database on this website. Depending on how the site is configured, your submission is either emailed to the CAVE 28 team through an email delivery service, or opened in your own email app for you to send. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Third-party resources
The site may load fonts, event imagery and public Instagram photos and embeds from third-party services. Those services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when content is requested. Instagram embeds load only when configured on the homepage.
Operator details
Before launch, the responsible operator should add the formal company identity, registered address, registration details, applicable retention information and a complete assessment of hosting, analytics, cookies and data-processing obligations.
